The Board is and shall be responsible for setting the direction and
priorities of the Corporation and for establishing general and basic policies
and guidelines which, in its judgement, will best and most expeditiously result
in the accomplishment of the corporate purpose.

Richard Hezel
Richard resides in Syracuse. He is the Presedent and Founder of
Hezel Associates, LLC, an education and technology research and consulting
company. He is the Board-Chair of the CNY Technology Development
Organization.
Fred Murphy
Maryann resides in Fayetteville, New York. She is the chair of
Housing Visions Unlimited, Inc. Board of Directors. She is a CPA and a partner
with Sirchia & Cuomo, LLP. She is a member and past president of the Central
New York Estate Planning Council; member of National Association of Certified
Valuation Analysis. Additional affiliations include The New York Business
Development Corporation; Aurora of Central New York; Onondaga Mental Health
Association; National Abolition Hall of Fame and Museum and the Civil Rights
Connection.

Kenyon Craig
Ken is a resident of Cazenovia and is one of the original founders of
Housing Visions Unlimited, Inc. In addition to his duties with Housing Visions
and its' affiliates, Mr. Craig has also served as Vice President of Finance for
Rochester Area Hospitals Corp., and Executive Vice President and Controller of
Athens Development, Inc. He has also held financial and planning management
positions at the Xerox Corporation and Pyramid Companies. Mr. Craig holds
degrees from Lehigh University and Rensselaer Polytechnic
Institute.

Charles resides in Dewitt, New York. He is the retired Chairman of CE
Chappell & Son's. Additional affiliations include University United
Methodist Church, Center for Community Alternatives, The Gifford Foundation,
Policy Council for the Success by Six program at United Way, and the Syracuse
University Central New York Alumni Club.
Assistant Treasurer
Betsy resides in Baldwinsville, NY. She joined Housing Visions
Unlimited, Inc. in 1999 and is now the Executive Vice President assisting in the
progress of the development, construction, operations, maintenance, and
administration teams.

David Mankiewicz
David is a resident of Fulton, New York. He is the Executive Vice
President of the University Hill Corporation; Assistant to the President of the
Metropolitan Development Association; and Deputy Director of the Downtown
Committee of Syracuse. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and a Master of
City and Regional Planning degree.
Secretary
Robert resides in Syracuse. He is a project manager for Chevron
Energy Solutions; specializing in evaluating, designing and the implementing of
energy conservation, retrofits in building - especially public housing
authorities.

Robert Hough
Robert has been a Housing Visions Consultants, Inc. Board Member
since 2008. Mr. Jokl is a practicing attorney, board member of the Greater
Syracuse YMCA, Member of the Onondaga County Planning Board, and Chairman of the
Town of Dewitt Zoning Board of Appeals. He received a BA in Economics from
George Washington University and a JD from Syracuse University College of
Law. Mr. Jokl was admitted to the NYS Bar in 1990.
