Housing Visions Development
Group, Inc.
The Board
is and shall be responsible for setting the direction and priorities of the
Corporation and for establishing general and basic policies and guidelines
which, in its judgement, will best and most expeditiously result in the
accomplishment of the corporate purpose.

Maryann
resides in Fayetteville, New York. She is the chair of Housing Visions
Unlimited, Inc. Board of Directors. She is a CPA and a partner with Sirchia
& Cuomo, LLP. She is a member and past president of the Central New York
Estate Planning Council; member of National Association of Certified Valuation
Analysis. Additional affiliations include The New York Business Development
Corporation; Aurora of Central New York; Onondaga Mental Health Association;
National Abolition Hall of Fame and Museum and the Civil Rights
Connection.

Chappell, Jr.

Alestalo, AIA
Mr.
Alestalo resides in DeWitt, New York. His company, Alestalo & Etzel,
Architects, P.C. has served as the architect for many of the Housing Visions
projects. Mr. Alestalo also has experience in residential construction,
transportation management and real estate. He holds a Bachelor of Science in
Economics from the State University of New York at Albany and a Bachelor of
Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Kenyon
Craig
Ken is a
resident of Cazenovia and is one of the original founders of Housing Visions
Unlimited, Inc. In addition to his duties with Housing Visions and its'
affiliates, Mr. Craig has also served as Vice President of Finance for Rochester
Area Hospitals Corp., and Executive Vice President and Controller of Athens
Development, Inc. He has also held financial and planning management positions
at the Xerox Corporation and Pyramid Companies. Mr. Craig holds degrees from
Lehigh University and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

resides in Dewitt,
New York. He is the retired Chairman of CE Chappell & Son's. Additional
affiliations include University United Methodist Church, Center for Community
Alternatives, The Gifford Foundation, Policy Council for the Success by Six
program at United Way, and the Syracuse University Central New York Alumni
Club.

Secretary
David is a
resident of Fulton, New York. He is also the President of the University Hill
Corporation; Assistant to the President of the Metropolitan Development
Association; and Deputy Director of the Downtown Committee of Syracuse. He holds
a Bachelor of Arts in Government and a Master of City and Regional Planning
degree.
