If
you have had the chance to visit any of our offices or properties, you will
notice that maintaining them is very important to us. Our maintenance and
grounds keeping team puts forth tremendous effort to preserve the grounds and
the sense of pride in where they work. Their efforts extend well beyond our
offices to the many properties Housing Visions owns and manages. Although the
primary objective of the Maintenance and Grounds Keeping Team is to
perform cost-effective maintenance and repairs, they are also an integral part
of our company, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our residents and
staff. This team enables Housing Visions to continue to provide quality
affordable living environments while ensuring that our homes and workplace;
inside as well as outside, are a source of pride for residents and staff and
remain an asset to their communities. This group is called upon daily to help
with operations throughout our organization.

Dave Wilson, Senior Maintenance Manager
Dave oversees the maintenance teams that ensure the lasting quality built into all of Housing Visions Properties. As a former general contractor Mr. Wilson brings an ability to balance quality work and budgets as well as a thorough knowledge of building science. With over 10 years experience in the building industry Mr. Wilson works with the supervisors from each city to make sure that work orders and turnovers for all units are done in a safe and timely manner. He also coordinates and oversees all maintenance and construction projects that take place within the Housing Visions East Side Business Center. Mr. Wilson is a Certified Pesticide Applicator, lead worker, and is currently working towards becoming a Certified BPI Building Analyst.
