The Housing Visions Construction Company, Inc. hereby notifies all
interested parties that the bid solicitations announced on this website are for
the sole purpose of general awareness only and are subject to change by the
Housing Visions Construction Company, Inc. subsequent to this announcement.
Anyone interested in submitting a bid in response to any such solicitation may
download a copy of the Invitation to Bid and the Complete Bid Document
Packet. Addenda and field directives may be added by HVCC at any time
prior to the bid deadline. The bidder is responsible for obtaining and
including the updated information prior to bid submittal. Drawings and the
Project Manual may be reviewed at the Housing Visions Construction office (by
appointment) or reviewed and purchased from the Avalon Plan
Room. Bidder may purchase partial sets, and is responsible for ALL
pertinent information for the scope of work.
