Housing Visions Construction Co., Inc., formed in 2002, is a not-for-profit affiliate of Housing Visions Unlimited, Inc. established to provide construction services in an effort to halt the physical and economic deterioration of urban areas and increase the availability of quality housing to low and moderate income residents.
General information
The selection of sub-contractors and other construction professionals is subject to company policy and guidelines. Housing Visions Construction Company, Inc. (HVCC) is developing a resource list of qualified sub-contractors who would like to be included for consideration in upcoming work. Please view a sample of the insurance required to work as a subcontractor for HVCC, and fill out a questionnaire regarding your scope of work.
If your insurance meets the criteria of our sample, please return the completed questionnaire to be added to our resource list for upcoming bids. The questionnaire may be mailed, emailed, dropped off in person, or faxed to 314-234-5724. Insurance certificates are NOT required until a bid is awarded.
