Prospect Hill Homes Awarded Outstanding Family Residence

The
Prospect Hill Homes project on the north side of Syracuse was completed in 2010
and provides 50 units of residential living for low-to-moderate
families.
Housing Visions' Prospect Hill Homes development on the north side
of Syracuse will be presented with the 2012 HCR Design Award in the category of
Outstanding Family Residence on Tuesday November 13, 2012 at 2:00 PM in
Albany.
The award recognizes exceptional examples of residential design and promotes creative and innovative approaches to affordable housing with respect to design, function, and the use of available funding sources.
Several staff members will attend the ceremony and accept the award.
In the letter notifying Housing Visions of this award, Darryl Towns, Commissioner/CEO NYS Homes and Community Renewal writes, "Thank you for all you do to bring high quality affordable housing to New York and build strong, vibrant communities."
The award is one of five awards in five different categories being recognized.
