Although it is one of our smaller projects, the Auburn project has several highlights, including the high ceilings in the front units of each of the beautifully restored historic buildings. Mahogany trim and wooden staircases round out the features. Each unit is unique.

The City of Auburn was instrumental in making this project a reality. Three large historic houses put back into service in the nostalgic Fort Hill community.

Syracuse east side residents can actively be involved with the policies of Housing Visions Unlimited, Inc. Five spaces are reserved on the Board of Directors for leaders of the resident organization.

A Tenant Buy-Out plan has been arranged for the future sale of the buildings to the residents.
