Oswego Hamilton Homes Phase I and Phase II are the first two of three
phases for the redevelopment of a failing public housing apartment complex in
the City of Oswego known as Hamilton Homes. Not only does the completion of the
redevelopment preserve the only affordable housing stock in the area, but it
also revitalizes the community with its refreshing aesthetics and professional
property management.
The Oswego Hamilton Homes Phase I project substantially renovated 9 of the 28 buildings, 54 of the 186 units, and community room. Phase II substantially renovated 8 buildings containing 58 units and included an expansion to the community room.
