Housing Visions has been involved in the dramatic turn around of the Syracuse east side since 1992 when its very first neighborhood revitalization project was completed utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Housing Visions moved into the north side of the City of Syracuse in 1996 at the request of the City administration. Housing Visions expanded into the south side of the City of Syracuse in 2004. This move was a coordinated effort by the City of Syracuse with three housing agencies.
