Steps to Become a Housing Visions’ Resident
Stop by the Housing Visions’ office and pick up an application. Our friendly staff will answer any questions you may have about the application process. Everyone, including those on Public Assistance and Section 8 Vouchers are welcome.
Your completed application will be processed according to our Screening Process. If approved, you will have 3 opportunities to be shown all available units that your household qualifies for. If you decide to accept one of those units, a Security Deposit will hold it for no more than 45 days for a lease to be signed. First month’s rent will need to be paid at the time of lease signing.
