Westlake II involved the purchase and renovation of three buildings in the Westlake neighborhood of Auburn. Renovations involved substantial rehabilitation of the buildings, providing 12 quality units. The three buildings in this project are part of a comprehensive effort by the City of Auburn to revitalize a two block area of the City. These are three largest buildings in the two block area. The renovations were designed to be of maximum quality and durability for a period in excess of 20 years. The exterior renovations include new roofs, vinyl/aluminum siding and wrap, all new 3/4 thermal windows and steel entry doors. Common appliances and construction products were used for ease of maintenance.
