The New Dwightsville Project involved the renovation of eight sites on or near Front Street, a main throroughfare in the downtown City of Binghamton business district and are located in a designated revitalization area. The project involved substantial rehabilitation of 8 buildings providing 22 quality units, which include 10-3 bedroom and 4-4 bedroom units. All units are occupied by families who qualify under the federal guidelines as low income with 3 units affordable to families at less than 30% of the median income, 7 units at 40% and the other 12 units at 50% of the median income.
