Creekside Landing is part of the Mayor’s Resurgent Neighborhoods Initiative to build a stronger and better Syracuse through the development of high quality and affordable housing options revitalize city neighborhoods. Housing Visions will offer 52 units in the South and Southwest neighborhoods of the city. Sixteen units will be set aside for homeless young adults 18-25, with Housing Visions providing supportive services.

The properties are located at 414-416 West Onondaga St, 308-314 Shonnard St, 208-210 W. Beard Ave, 307-311 W. Beard Ave, 1409-1429 Midland Ave, 515 W. Colvin St, 521-23 W Colvin St, 527 W. Colvin St,1510-14 Midland Ave, 1522-28 Midland Ave. 

Creekside Landing, Housing Visions’ new project, will utilize existing vacant and abandoned properties from the Greater Syracuse Land Bank, filling in neighborhood gaps throughout the city and creating stability. This will include the creation of 16 two-unit new construction buildings and rehabilitation of 416 W. Onondaga Street into 20 residential units and a commercial space (for a total of 52 units). Housing Visions is partnering with Jubilee Homes of Syracuse with the intention that the commercial space will be used by Jubilee for a construction trade training center.

The new construction units will include three- and four-bedroom townhomes, as well as ADA flats. 416 W. Onondaga Street will include one-bedroom ADA units.
