Syracuse to revive neighborhoods with 200 new homes for low-income buyers and renters.

Syracuse, N.Y. – The city plans to build 50 new houses for first-time, low-income home buyers in the next two years, according to Syracuse housing officials.

The $13 million project, which Mayor Ben Walsh will highlight in his State of City message on Thursday, would create the largest number of newly built homes for sale in the city in decades, housing experts said.
